My name is Cathy Crandall and I’ve recently acquired Art of Staging in Agoura Hills, CA. I am a Calabasas native and I look forward to serving our community.

With a 30+ year background in costume design for film and television, I bring a storyteller’s eye to every space I stage. My years in design taught me how to create mood, evoke emotion, and transform ordinary environments into compelling visual experiences—skills that translate seamlessly into home staging.

Through thoughtful composition, color, texture, and detail, we craft spaces that resonate with buyers and help them envision their own lives unfolding there. Our approach blends creativity with strategy, ensuring each property feels both aspirational and inviting.

We specialize in staging homes to stand out in a competitive market. Whether preparing a cozy residence or a luxury listing, we focus on highlighting each home’s unique character, while appealing to the broadest range of potential buyers.

Established in 2015, Art of Staging has acquired a reputation for excellence while staging close to 200 million dollars worth of real estate. Our services encompass all aspects of design including home staging, interior design, and marketing.
